When I first started my life as a manager, my goal is to be a manager who have my followers. When I quit, the team will willing to follow me whenever I ask.
Then when I become a head of department, I ask myself what is my goal? I answer myself I want all my team members improve, getting better and success.
I think I am a people manager, I not a sales manager. But this is tired. And I wonder if I set a too high goal for myself.
To be a manager is hard, to be a leader is harder, to be a good leader, I still learning.
