The shit sales person only know how to bull shit!!!
I am not complaining anybody but me myself...
While i just complain to my colleague how I am going to explain to my customer and customer call at another hand.
The voice tone just change and a river flow of bull shit start and make people believe that I had tried whatever I can to help BUT it still fail...

每个人都应该有个窝. 懒惰可以躲,受伤可以藏,开心可以笑,难过可以哭,无聊可以什么都不做.

Just tell customer the truth, and try your best to solve the problem. I'm sure customers are reasonable people as well =)
haha...
no...there not many reasonable customer...and i dun have enough customer to let go, so i cant...
if telling lies will go hell, i cant dream to go heavent...
and, i really had tried my best...just added a lot of beautiful words to clam ppl down...
But still in sales person bull shit...
